Architecture that Inspires: How Design Influences Daily Well-Being
The new luxury is simple, natural and authentic. Discover how ADDSOLID creates homes with purpose, designed for well-being and inspired by the essence of natural materials.
We live in a time when true luxury is no longer about ostentation, but essence. Where we once sought grandeur and abundance, we now value calm, authenticity and naturalness. The way we inhabit a space says a lot about who we are, and the home stops being just a refuge to become a place with purpose: designed for well-being, made of materials that breathe, that transform over time and tell stories. At ADDSOLID, we believe that luxury lies in simplicity that endures, in the harmony between form, function and nature.
A return to the essential
Slowing down has become a priority. We seek homes that embrace us, that serve as refuge and inspiration. In the Jardins de Santiago project in Setúbal, the proposal is exactly that: 12 terraced houses of V3 and V4 typologies, designed for a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Refined lines, balanced volumes, abundant natural light, everything is designed to bring greater harmony and comfort.
A home with purpose is more than four walls: it is the expression of a way of living. Authenticity lies in choosing materials that don’t pretend. It lies in letting time act on wood, stone, iron. At Jardins de Santiago, this coherence is visible: wide openings, continuity between interior and exterior, private gardens and terraces that extend outward.
It is this coherence that transforms a space into a home, a place where you feel.
The power of natural materials and technical comfort
Wood, stone, ceramics, lime, materials that breathe, that soothe, that generate comfort. At the same time, well-being requires technical support: efficient climate control, a carefully designed thermal envelope, well-proportioned openings. In our Jardins de Santiago project, we see that commitment: A+ energy certification, homes designed with performance and sustainability in mind.
The integration between being natural and functioning well is the true luxury, not only visual, but tactile, sensorial, environmental.
How we inhabit a space has a direct impact on our mood, focus and even health. A well-designed environment opens itself to light, to nature, to silence. At Jardins de Santiago, the location between the Arrábida Natural Park and the Sado Estuary reinforces this relationship: homes embedded in the landscape, with private gardens, terraces and a strong connection to the outdoors.
This is a home conceived for living well, not merely for living in.
The new luxury is quiet. It is lived in the details: in the late-afternoon light passing through a glazed opening, in the soft sound of a terrace opening onto the garden, in the texture of wood beneath your feet. At Jardins de Santiago, this philosophy is evident: homes with generous areas between 162 m² and 199 m², and spacious outdoor areas that extend the interior.
It is a different way of living: intentional choices, meaningful surroundings, quality over quantity.
At ADDSOLID, we design spaces that withstand time and accompany life’s rhythm, because we believe that true wealth lies in living simply, authentically and solidly.
