Addsolid starts marketing 4.5 M€ investment in Setúbal
Jardins de Santiago consists of 12 three and four bedroom townhouses. Available from 495,000 euros, the villas are scheduled for completion in April 2025.
Addsolid, which specializes in property development and investment, has announced the sale of the 'Jardins de Santiago' development, a project that promises to “redefine the concept of residential housing” in the Setúbal region.
Representing an investment of 4.5 million euros, the development consists of 12 three and four bedroom townhouses, designed to offer a balance between “comfort, sophistication and sustainability”.
“We believe that this development reflects our commitment to creating spaces that offer not only quality of life, but also excellent value potential for investors and buyers,” says Tiago Cerdeira Pinto, Addsolid's chief operating officer (COO).
“Setúbal combines a stunning natural environment with growing urban infrastructure, making it a natural choice for the development of this project,” he added.
Each villa has areas ranging from 162 square meters (m2) to 199 m², with modern finishes, open or integrated kitchens and large openings connecting the interiors to porches and outdoor terraces. The properties also have private garages, balconies and exclusive outdoor spaces, as well as a garden with a restricted-use swimming pool, offering a peaceful and safe environment for residents. The villas are available from 495,000 euros and are scheduled for completion in April 2025.
Jardins de Santiago is designed to attract a wide range of buyers, including families, young couples and professionals, but also national and international investors looking for properties with “strong appreciation potential”, attracted by the “sustainable growth” and “growing demand for housing in the region”.
