Addsolid invests 4.5 million in the construction of half a million homes
The real estate developer from Carnaxide is currently building a residential development in Setúbal, Jardins de Santiago, with prices ranging from 495,000 to 625,000 euros per house.
Dedicated to the investment, development and promotion of residential real estate projects in the Lisbon metropolitan area, Addsolid guarantees that, over the last eight years, it has invested “more than 70 million euros in equity”, accumulating a portfolio made up of nine projects, both completed and underway, including 173 housing units, with a total construction area of more than 26,000 square meters.
One of Addsolid's ongoing projects is called Jardins de Santiago.
Located in Setúbal, close to the Arrábida Natural Park and the beaches of Portinho da Arrábida and Figueirinha, it is a residential development comprising 12 three and four bedroom townhouses, with areas ranging from 162 to 199 square meters.
The cheapest costs 495 thousand euros and the most expensive 625 thousand euros.
