Addsolid builds Azure Estoril with homes costing at least 2.1 million
The company that is investing 30 million euros in Quinta da Freixeira, in Loures, is the promoter of a luxury residential development in Cascais with prices of up to 2.9 million euros.
Addsolid - Real Estate Investment, based in Amadora, started its activity half a dozen years ago and currently has two dozen real estate assets in its portfolio, both for sale and for rent.
Developers of projects such as the Montisnávia building or Castelo Branco Saraiva, both in Lisbon, Addsolid has its largest investment underway, budgeted at 30 million euros, in the construction of the Quinta da Freixeira project, in Loures, which consists of 45 detached houses and 38 apartments.
Meanwhile, the company led by Pedro Leite Fragoso landed Azure Estoril in Cascais, the name of the development it is building in São João do Estoril.
Aimed at the “premium” segment and scheduled for completion next summer, the price of each of its seven villas (five T4 and two T5) varies between 2.1 million and 2.9 million euros.
“With private areas ranging from 291 to 319 square meters, each of the villas is spread over three floors and consists of three suites, a master suite with a walking closet and the others ensuite, on the 1st floor, with one or two more rooms on the -1st floor with natural light, a bathroom to support the pool, a room with pre-installation for a sauna, a laundry room, a garage with two parking spaces and an elevator,” Re/Max Collection, which is marketing this residential complex, said in a statement.
“Each villa includes a rooftop lounge, with a large solarium and a living area equipped with an outdoor fireplace on the roof,” and a garden ‘with tropical inspiration, including a private infinity pool,’ the real estate company points out.
