Azure Estoril - Start of Construction
Construction began on the Azure Estoril development at the end of April and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2023. Seven exclusive villas will be built, ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, with construction areas per villa ranging from 400 to 439m2, for a total of 2800m2. Each residence will have gardens, a private infinity pool and a rooftop lounge with panoramic views over the historic area of São João do Estoril and Cascais Bay. They will be equipped with a KNX home automation system, passive performance to the NZEB standard, A+ energy certification, parking with electric vehicle charging, elevator, gym, sauna and laundry.
Based on simplicity and architectural refinement, the Azure Estoril development fits into the garden landscape of Pinhal de Santa Maria and Costa do Sol, with generous views of the sea, bringing the serenity of a green and natural environment to the residential space.
See the projectQuinta da Freixeira Subdivision Project submitted for licensing
The allotment project for Quinta da Freixeira was submitted for licensing at the Loures City Council at the beginning of April.
The creation of a new centrality in Quinta da Freixeira, designed by the architecture and urbanism studio MassLab, constitutes a structuring project for the parish of Lousa and the municipality of Loures, representing an investment by ADDSOLID of over €30M for the entire of the enterprise.
With an innovative concept and an international reference, Quinta da Freixeira will offer a revitalizing landmark for Lousa, based on a concept of sustainability from an environmental, ecological and social point of view, while preserving the memory of the industrial heritage.

In total, 11,000m2 of housing are planned (45 single-family houses and 38 collective dwellings), 7,600m2 distributed across commerce, services, technology and catering, senior residence with 6,600m2 of construction and capacity for 120 users, and a continuous care unit (UCC) with 2,500m2.
The development privileges proximity to nature, without losing the advantages of urban centrality. By combining a diversified residential offer, a comprehensive service for the senior segment and complementary uses such as equipment, commerce and services, a centrality is created that enhances the dynamism of community spaces, essential for socialization and intergenerational contact, contradicting the concept of “bedroom ".
The project for the Quinta da Freixeira development has been certified by the LiderA system since this stage with a high performance class in the search for sustainability (A+), highlighting at this level the low percentage of soil waterproofing, the implementation of low energy consumption solutions, the use of alternative energies and the reuse of water.
Promoting quality of life at the neighborhood level, Quinta da Freixeira will be able to attract residents, workers and visitors, supported by an ecosystem of businesses and services, estimated to create around 200 direct jobs.
